When placing an online order with Sunrise Health Consultancy, all customers agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required before dispatch. Payments can be made by cash, cheque, credit card (Master card or Visa), money order or direct deposit. Please refer to invoice or call Sunrise Health Consultancy for direct deposit details.
Purchase orders
Public and Government agencies invoice arrangements may be considered upon written approval and will be billed on “Net 30 Day” terms. All overdue accounts will incur a 2.5% Service Fee a month.
Prices
Prices may change without notice. Current prices are as displayed on our web site.
Order Cancellations
All orders are to be received in writing via post, fax, email or online. Once the order has been received and processed, cancellations can not be accepted.
Returns
Sunrise Health Consultancy will accept the return of goods up to 10 days after they were received only if the goods are deemed faulty. All returns require an authorisation number. Call 02 6582 5277 to request an authorisation number. The authorisation number, your name, telephone number and a copy of the original invoice must accompany the returned goods. All returns are to be shipped to Sunrise Health Consultancy, PO Box 8042, Port Macquarie NSW 2444. Sunrise Health Consultancy has the option to replace goods within this period. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer. Items being returned must arrive in the same condition as received and within 10 days of receiving the goods.
If you receive defective goods, or you receive goods as a result of Sunrise Health Consultancy error, we will pay for the return shipping expense. For all other returns, we will credit your account for returned goods once the goods have been received, inspected and confirmed to be in the same condition as sent.
Credits for returns will only be issued to the original purchaser, by crediting the customer for future purchases or to the same credit card used for the original purchase.
Sunrise Health Consultancy is unable to accept returns of eating or hygiene products unless the goods have been unopened due to health reasons.
Limitation of Liability
The supplier, Sunrise Health Consultancy, shall under no circumstances be liable for any damages arising out of the use of goods supplied, even if due to the negligence of the supplier or a latent or patent defect in the goods supplied or other cause. The supplier hereby limits its liability to the replacement or repair of goods deemed faulty. This clause is subject to the provisions of the Trade Practices Act as amended and other statutes, rules or regulations for the time being in force, including, but not limited to, the Civil Liability Act.
Postage & Handling Guide
All parcels sent within Australia will be via Courier service or Australia Post. Postage and Handling charges will be charged accordingly. Please note prices will vary depending on the delivery location and order dimensions. Prices are for orders under 25 kilograms.

These charges will vary if you have ordered large and/or heavy items or if you require delivery to a remote or offshore location. For small items, Registered Australia Post may be used to keep postage costs to a minimum.
