Sunrise OT mobile services include: consultation and assessment, developing treatment plans, engaging in effective therapy processes and evaluating the need for supportive equipment and devices.
Adults
Feel supported and empowered as Sunrise OT provides you with the skills and strategies to solve problems and makes recommendations for equipment/assistive technology for daily living. Sunrise OT works with people in their homes, their workplaces, their communities or facilities.
Teenagers
Sunrise OT supports teenagers (13 years and over) to achieve their goals and maximise their ability to participate independently in everyday life. We help empower individuals with daily living skills, improved physical functioning and undertaking everyday tasks. We provide the skills and strategies you need to solve problems.
NDIS Participants
Sunrise OT provides services to adults and teenagers (13 years and over) who are NDIS self-managed or plan-managed. Our services include functional assessments for the NDIS, assistive technology and treatment plans.
